Your next role

My client is looking for a customer experience analyst to establish the performance measurements of customer contacts within their contact centre, this could include:

  • Measuring and categorising the volume of contacts and reasons, extrapolating both quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Determining the productivity of call centre agents in providing the solutions to the customers
  • Forecasting of contacts in accordance with sales forecasts
  • Providing insights to key stakeholders and the head of analysis and insights.

What we need from you

My client is looking for someone who can be a self-starter and can take initiative and hit the ground running, someone energetic, innovative, and ambitious to grow, with a passion for working with data and creating insights.

Key skills

  • SQL
  • PowerBI
  • Use of customer communications software
  • Demonstrated experience in a contact centre.
