So, what will you be doing?

The main purpose of your role is to develop new and maintain existing client relationships through a mixture of marketing, networking and traditional business development and recruitment activities. If you already have recruitment experience, we probably don’t need to tell you how tough it can be! At KDR we do things differently, we’re not your
typical aggressive KPI factory; of course we have our KPI’s and targets, but we find a mix of autonomy within a supportive environment gets the best out of people.

  • You will be building relationships with clients and candidates to grow your network and repeat business.
  • You’ll own sourcing the best candidates in line with your clients’ requirements
  • Generate new business opportunities from existing and new clients
  • Screen prospective applications to evaluate skills & assess suitability for your roles
  • Write quality adverts with the aim of attracting appropriate candidates
  • Cold call businesses to promote the services of KDR
  • Use searching/headhunting techniques to find candidates with specific skills, sometimes for niche roles in what is a candidate short market
  • Arrange and attend face to face client meetings
