Analytics Manager | Swindon | £35,000 – £49,000 per year

This isn’t your typical hands-on Analytics role! You are going to be personally responsible for activities across this companies’ departments when it comes to Data & Analytics & empowering and connecting teams to ensure all successes are communicated & celebrated.

So, what IS this role exactly?

ENABLEMENT! You will be working in the Global Data Team. This team is tasked with ensuring that the various parts of the business can leverage rich, accurate, and timely data to generate insights & make improvements on their business decisions.

  • You will organise and host events to bring the global community together
  • Lead a stream of communication activities that highlight the impact of data & analytics
  • Evangelising adoption of analytics tools

Are you the right kind of candidate?

  • You will need to be a well-rounded data professional & ideally have experience across global teams
  • You can offer guidance and recommendations to senior stakeholders that will improve data literacy & generate high impact analytics
  • Have an appetite for attending events, public speaking & just generally being passionate about data & analytics.
  • Most importantly, you need to be able to work in a constantly changing environment, be able to adapt and deliver to deadlines!

Most importantly, you will need experience with:

  • Tableau, Looker, R, – any analytical technology!
  • Planning and organisation medium-large international events
  • Designing, producing, and delivering technical and non-technical training plans

  • £40,000 – £50,000 base salary + pension scheme
