I regularly have to recruit for both full time and contract resource in order to keep up with the ever increasing demand on my department. In order to fill these roles as quickly as possible, I rely heavily on external agencies with differing levels of success. KDR is by far the best agency that I deal with and I put this down to the fact they specialise in the data and analytics space. It is not an exaggeration to say that for every good CV I receive from other agencies, I get 10 from KDR. During the course of 2018 KDR Recruitment were selected to help the Group Data Office fill a number of permanent Data Governance vacancies having exhausted our luck with agencies on our preferred supplier list.
